Cream And Walnut Pasta Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 warm water, as needed
  • salt, to taste

Recipe

  • 1 place walnuts, garlic and oil in a food processor and process into a paste, adding up to 1/2 cup of warm water, throught the feeder tube, to thin down the paste.
  • 2 spoon mixture into a bowl and add the cream. beat well to mix, then season to taste.
  • 3 add to pasta, and thin out with pasta water, if needed. enjoy!
