Cream And Walnut Pasta Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1 garlic clove
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 warm water, as needed
- salt, to taste
Recipe
- 1 place walnuts, garlic and oil in a food processor and process into a paste, adding up to 1/2 cup of warm water, throught the feeder tube, to thin down the paste.
- 2 spoon mixture into a bowl and add the cream. beat well to mix, then season to taste.
- 3 add to pasta, and thin out with pasta water, if needed. enjoy!
