Corn Macaroni Casserole

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 cup elbow macaroni
  • 1 (15 1/4 ounce) can yellow whole kernel corn, undrained
  • 1 (15 1/4 ounce) can whole kernel corn, undrained
  • 1 (15 ounce) can cream-style corn
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, cubed or shredded
  • 1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine (can be reduced by half if need be)
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 in a 13x9 inch ungreased pan, combine all ingredients.
  • 2 bake covered in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
  • 3 uncover, then continue baking for an additional 30 minutes.
  • 4 serve hot.
