Chicken Spaghetti (with Cheesy Cream Sauce)

Ingredients
- 4 -5 lbs hen, deboned (or use boneless chicken)
- 1/2 lb spaghetti noodles
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 can mushroom (optional)
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2/3 cup flour
- 1 quart milk
- 1/2 lb american cheese
- 1/2 lb old english cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 stew the hen.
- 2 debone and tear/cut into small pieces.
- 3 cook the, onions, green peppers and spahetti (according to package directions), in the water used to boil the chicken.
- 4 drain water, mix in the chunked chicken, add mushrooms if desired.
- 5 cream sauce melt butter over low heat.
- 6 mix in flour and salt.
- 7 add milk, cook, stirring constantly till mixture thickens and bubbles.
- 8 add cheeses, stirring till melted and blended.
- 9 combine all ingredients.
- 10 put in casserole dish (es) and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
