Buttered Fettuccini With Peas

Total Time: 13 mins Preparation Time: 6 mins Cook Time: 7 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 6 ounces fettuccine, we like 3 peppercorn
  • 1/4 cup butter, cubed
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • salt
  • pepper

Recipe

  • 1 boil fettuccine acording to box instructions, al dente(about 5 minutes); do not over cook.
  • 2 when the fettuccine is al dente, add the frozen peas to the water, leave for about 2 minutes; drain fettuccine and peas and add to pasta bowl. add butter cubes, garlic and salt and pepper; toss until butter is melted.
  • 3 serve immediately.
