Ingredients
- 1 cup brown rice
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can beef consomme
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can water
- 1/2 medium onion, diced
- 3 tablespoons butter
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
- 2 dice onion, and put into casserole dish with rice.
- 3 pour beef consomme & water over rice & onion.
- 4 cut butter into pats and layer on top of mixture.
- 5 bake, covered, for 60 minutes or until rice is done.
