Butterfly Pasta With Cannellini Beans

Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes with juice
- 2 (15 ounce) cans cannellini beans, undrained
- 16 ounces farfalle pasta
- 1 cup loosely packed fresh basil leaf, coarsely chopped
- salt
- pepper
- grated parmesan cheese, for serving
Recipe
- 1 in a large skillet, heat the oil and garlic over medium heat.
- 2 after a minute or two, when the garlic begins to sizzle, add the tomatoes and the beans.
