- 3 large eggs

- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper or hot sauce
Recipe
- 1 cook pasta according to package directions and drain.
- 2 in a large nonstick skillet, melt butter and add hot pasta.
- 3 crack eggs over pasta and scramble.
- 4 sprinkle parmesan over pasta and serve, adding salt, pepper, or hot sauce.
