Chili-rice Dinner

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 3/4 lb ground chuck
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried mustard
- 1 (10 ounce) can whole kernel corn (drained)
- 1 cup green pepper
- 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 cup minute rice
- 1 (12 ounce) package shredded cheddar cheese
Recipe
- 1 brown ground beef, onion and pepper. drain.
- 2 add spices and all other ingredients except rice.
- 3 bring to a full boil then stir iin rice.
- 4 reduce heat cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
- 5 mix and serve sprinkled with shredded cheese.
- 6 you can also serve in cooked whole bell peppers and sprinkle with cheese which looks really impressive, but is super easy!
