Creamy Nut Pasta

- 1 teaspoon oil
- 3 ounces pasta
- 1 tablespoon cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon yoghurt
- 2 tablespoons walnuts
- 1 pinch paprika
Recipe
- 1 half fill a large saucepan with hot, salted water, add the oil, and bring to the boil. throw in the pasta, stir and boil gently for 5-8 minutes until the pasta is cooked al dente, but not soggy. drain the pasta in a colander or sieve.
- 2 put the cream or curd cheese, yoghurt or cream, and nuts into the pasta saucepan, and stir over a very low heat until it is just beginning to melt. add the pasta to the cream mixture and stir over a low heat until coated with the cheese mixture.
- 3 season to taste and serve on a warm plate, topped with a shake of paprika.
