Chewy Oatmeal Blondies (using Everyday Baking Mix)

Ingredients

  • Servings: 16
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temperature, plus more for pan
  • 1/2 cup packed light-brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 1/2 cups everyday baking mix, spooned and leveled
  • 1 cup old fashioned oats (not quick-cooking)

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350°f
