Ingredients
- 2/3 cup brown rice
- 5 g butter
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 lemon, juice of
- pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Recipe
- 1 cook the rice for 30 minutes, until tender.
- 2 beat the egg and stir in the parmesan, lemon juice and pepper.
- 3 stir the rice into the egg and cheese mixture.
- 4 simmer for 5 minutes.
- 5 stir in chopped parsley and serve.
