Burn Rice

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 1 cup long grain rice
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 put the rice and oil to fry in a small pan at high heat, stirring from time to time, until golden (about 5 minutes).
