- 1 lb elbow macaroni
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 cups milk, warmed
- 1 -2 lb sharp cheddar cheese
Recipe
- 1 boil and drain macaroni per box instructions.
- 2 melt the butter in a skillet.
- 3 sprinkle in flour and stir until pasty.
- 4 whisk in warmed milk and let cook until thickened.
- 5 add cheese to sauce.
- 6 add sauce to pasta.
