Ingredients
- Servings: 150
- 6 lbs parboiled rice
- 10 quarts water
- 1 cup salt
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 cup lime juice
- 4 cups fresh cilantro
Recipe
- 1 bring water to boil with salt and oil on stovetop.
- 2 stir in rice.
- 3 bring back up to simmer.
- 4 turn off heat and cover with foil.
- 5 allow to steam for 20 minutes.
- 6 stir in cilantro and lime juice.
