Creamy Pasta With Sun-dried Tomatoes

Ingredients

- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans chicken broth
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic
- 1 tablespoon basil
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 lb chicken
- 1 cup sliced sun-dried tomato
- 1 (1 lb) box angel hair pasta
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- 2 melt butter in a large saucepan. then stir in flour, salt, pepper until smooth and bubbly.
- 3 remove from heat mommentarily and stir in chicken broth, milk, garlic, and basil.
- 4 return to stovetop and bring it to a boil; boil for one minute.
- 5 stir in mozzarella cheese until melted.
- 6 place uncooked chicken in a large glass baking pan. pour the sauce overtop.

- 8 cover the dish and place in the oven for one hour.
- 9 cook your pasta according to the package directions.
- 10 serve topped with the sauce.
