Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup low-fat ricotta
- 1/2 cup low-fat yogurt
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- pepper, to taste
- 1/2 linguine
Recipe
- 1 bring a pot of water to boil, salt lightly and cook pasta till al dente.
- 2 drain.
