Creamy Pasta With Cheese

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup low-fat ricotta
  • 1/2 cup low-fat yogurt
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 linguine

Recipe

  • 1 bring a pot of water to boil, salt lightly and cook pasta till al dente.
  • 2 drain.
  • 3 return to pot, add butter and toss over low heat till butter is melted and coats pasta.
  • 4 stir ricotta and yogurt in and gradually add parmesan, stirring continuously until sauce is warm and cheese melts.
