Chili Rice

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 1 (7 ounce) can diced green chilies
  • 2 cups fat free sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded low-fat cheddar cheese
  • pepper (i use alot)

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients and pour into a lightly oiled baking disk.
  • 2 bake in oven, uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
