Cheesy Chicken Pasta Toss

Ingredients

- 10 ounces spaghetti noodles, uncooked
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3/4 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cubed
- 1/3 cup green onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, minced
Recipe
- 1 cook the spaghetti according to package directions.
- 2 meanwhile in a large skillet, saute garlic in butter.
- 3 add chicken, onions and seasonings; cook uncovered for 5-8 minutes or until juices run clearn in chicken.
- 4 stir in cream and bring to a boil.
- 5 reduce heat and simmer, uncovered for 4-5 minutes or until slightly thickened.
- 6 drain spaghetti and toss with chicken mixture.
- 7 sprinkle with parmesan cheese and parsley.
