- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup nonfat milk
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons butter

- 1 mix together all dry ingredients. mix together all wet ingredients. combine wet and dry with a few quick strokes. pour into greased 8x8 pan. bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
