Cornbread

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup nonfat milk
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoons butter

Recipe

  • 1 mix together all dry ingredients. mix together all wet ingredients. combine wet and dry with a few quick strokes. pour into greased 8x8 pan. bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
