Chicken Curry

Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons curry powder
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup cooking onion, chopped
- 2 cups water
- 1 (9 ounce) can pineapple, crushed or tidbits
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 chicken, bullion cubes
- 3 cups cooked chicken, chopped
Recipe
- 1 chop chicken into bite sized pieces or bigger.
- 2 fry onion in butter and curry powder.
- 3 add flour mixed with water,pineapple,lemon juice and ginger powder.
- 4 add chicken and simmer for 30 minutes.
- 5 serve over rice or penne pasta.
- 6 i like to add some green or red pepper to the onions and fry together.
