Chicken Curry

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 tablespoons curry powder
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup cooking onion, chopped
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 (9 ounce) can pineapple, crushed or tidbits
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 chicken, bullion cubes
  • 3 cups cooked chicken, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 chop chicken into bite sized pieces or bigger.
  • 2 fry onion in butter and curry powder.
  • 3 add flour mixed with water,pineapple,lemon juice and ginger powder.
  • 4 add chicken and simmer for 30 minutes.
  • 5 serve over rice or penne pasta.
  • 6 i like to add some green or red pepper to the onions and fry together.
