Ingredients
- 3 bananas (super ripe with black spots!)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350f and lightly butter a loaf pan.
- 2 put the bananas in a food processor; add the remaining ingredients.
- 3 turn into prepared pan and bake for one hour or until bread tests done.
