- 1/2 cup bulk sausage
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
- 1 (16 ounce) can chopped tomatoes
- 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
- hot pepper sauce
- salt (optional)
- pepper
- 1 cup uncooked rice
Recipe
- 1 brown sausage, then add onion and peppers and stir-fry 2-3 minutes.
- 2 add rest of ingredients plus 2 cups water; stir well, cover and cook over low heat until rice is done and liquid absorbed.
