Brown Rice Fruit Salad

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 3 cups cooked brown rice
- 8 ounces pineapple tidbits, drained
- 1 pear, chopped
- 1/4 cup golden raisin
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon poppy seed
Recipe
- 1 mix together the rice, pineapple, pear, raisins and pecans.
- 2 in separate small bowl, prepare dressing and mix well.
- 3 stir the dressing into the salad mixture and refrigerate for one hour before serving.
