Brown Rice And Mushrooms

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 50 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3
  • 1 cup brown rice
  • 2 cups vegetable stock
  • 1 (4 ounce) can mushrooms, drained
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan. mix well.
  • 2 bring to a boil.
  • 3 reduce heat and cover.
  • 4 simmer for 45-50 minutes or until rice is tender.
  • 5 stir, remove from heat, covered and allow to stand for 5 minutes.
