- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 1 (8 ounce) can french onion soup
- 1 (8 ounce) can beef bouillon
- 1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
Recipe
- 1 brown the rice in the butter.
- 2 combine soups, mushrooms, and rice in a casserole dish.
- 3 cover and bake at 350ºf for 1 hour.
