Chicken Vegetable Stir Fry

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 chicken breasts, diced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 tabs mongolian fire oil
  • 1 tab minced garlic
  • 3 carrots, sliced
  • 2 celery, sliced
  • 5 mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup snow peas
  • 1 cup sliced green cabbage
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tab cornstarch
  • 1 tab sugar
  • 1 tab minced ginger

Recipe

  • 1 put oil, chicken and onion in fry pan or wok turn to quite high stir constantly till done 6-8 mins
  • 2 add vegy's stir 5-6 mins
  • 3 mix water, soy sauce, sugar, cornstarch and ginger in bowl.
  • 4 dump in frypan stir till all coated and slightly thickend
  • 5 serve over rice.
