Chicken Vegetable Stir Fry

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tabs mongolian fire oil
- 1 tab minced garlic
- 3 carrots, sliced
- 2 celery, sliced
- 5 mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup snow peas
- 1 cup sliced green cabbage
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tab cornstarch
- 1 tab sugar
- 1 tab minced ginger
Recipe
- 1 put oil, chicken and onion in fry pan or wok turn to quite high stir constantly till done 6-8 mins
- 2 add vegy's stir 5-6 mins
- 3 mix water, soy sauce, sugar, cornstarch and ginger in bowl.
- 4 dump in frypan stir till all coated and slightly thickend
- 5 serve over rice.
