Chicken Tortellini

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts, sliced in strips (fairly large ones)
- 1 (16 ounce) package frozen cheese tortellini
- 2 cups milk or 2 cups cream (give or take depending on how much sauce you like)
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded swiss cheese

Recipe
- 1 cook tortellini according to package directions, drain and rinse.
- 2 brown chicken strips in olive oil in large skillet.
- 3 melt the butter and stir in flour to make roux.
- 4 whisk in cream, garlic, salt, pepper and onions.
- 5 cook on low until sauce thickens, stirring occasionally and stir in swiss cheese.
- 6 drain off oil from chicken and add tortellini and sauce to skillet.
- 7 mix together and serve.
