Berry-muesli

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces millet
  • 1 ounce water
  • 1 ounce milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • blackberries or raspberries (etc.)
  • 1 tablespoon almonds, fragments
  • 2 peppermint extract, leaves

Recipe

  • 1 boil up millet in water, reduce heat and let millet swell for 15 minutes.
  • 2 stir milk and honey, add cooled millet.
  • 3 sprinkle with berries, almond fragments and peppermint leaves.
