Creamy Corn Chowder With Leftover Rice

Total Time: 11 mins Preparation Time: 1 min Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1/2 cup cold rice
  • 1/2 cup cream-style corn, divided
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup chicken stock
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 blend rice, 1/4 cup corn, 1 cup milk.
  • 2 pour into pan and heat.
  • 3 add chicken stock.
  • 4 more or less depend on the consistency you desire.
  • 5 stir in rest of the corn.
  • 6 season.
  • 7 serve!
