Athens Linguine

Total Time: 16 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 6 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 4 ounces uncooked linguine (i used spinich linguine)
  • 1/2 cup alfredo sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped sun-dried tomato
  • 1/4 cup chopped marinated artichoke hearts (i used trader joe's artichoke pesto)
  • 2 tablespoons crunbled feta cheese (i used reduced fat)
  • 6 pitted kalamata olives

Recipe

  • 1 cook pasta according to directions and drain.
  • 2 heat alfredo sauce and toss with pasta.
  • 3 top with tomatoes, artichoke, feta and olives.
