Courtney's Cajun Couscous With A Kick!

Ingredients

- 1/3 cup couscous, uncooked
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon olive oil (to cut calories, i prefer to use the fat-free spray "butter", gives the taste without the fat and ca) or 1 teaspoon butter (to cut calories, i prefer to use the fat-free spray "butter", gives the taste without the fat and ca)
- 1/2 teaspoon cajun seasoning
- salt, to taste
Recipe
- 1 combine chicken broth, olive oil, cajun seasoning, and salt in a small saucepan. bring to just a boil.
- 2 remove saucepan from heat and add cous cous. cover and let stand for 5 minutes.
- 3 fluff with a fork and enjoy!
