Courtney's Cajun Couscous With A Kick!

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1/3 cup couscous, uncooked
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil (to cut calories, i prefer to use the fat-free spray "butter", gives the taste without the fat and ca) or 1 teaspoon butter (to cut calories, i prefer to use the fat-free spray "butter", gives the taste without the fat and ca)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cajun seasoning
  • salt, to taste

Recipe

  • 1 combine chicken broth, olive oil, cajun seasoning, and salt in a small saucepan. bring to just a boil.
  • 2 remove saucepan from heat and add cous cous. cover and let stand for 5 minutes.
  • 3 fluff with a fork and enjoy!
