Cheesy Ramen Vegetables

Ingredients

- 1 (3 ounce) package ramen noodles, discard seasoning packet
- 1/2 cup cooked frozen mixed vegetables, of choice
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 cup cheese, shredded (2 oz.)
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 cook the noodles in boilling water according to package directions. when noodles are tender, drain.
- 2 add the vegetables, butter, cheese and season to taste with salt and pepper.
- 3 heat until everything is hot. serve.
- 4 note: if you have leftover cooked meat, it may be added to the pot along with the vegetables.
