Bbq Chicken And Rice Tostadas

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 (6 -8 inch) flour tortillas
  • 1 cup long-grain minute rice, uncooked
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, chopped
  • 1 (11 ounce) can corn, drained
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup water

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350.
  • 2 spray both sides of tortillas with cooking spray.
