- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 tablespoons minced onions
- 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup chopped parsley
- 3 egg yolks, beaten
- 3 egg whites, stiffly beaten
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
- 2 combine all ingredients except egg whites.
- 3 gently fold in egg whites.
- 4 pour into a greased casserole and bake 25-30 minutes.
