Chicken Marsala

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 3 lbs chicken cutlets
  • flour
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1/2 lb butter
  • 1 lb mushroom
  • 1 cup beef consomme
  • 1/2 cup dry marsala wine

Recipe

  • 1 slice cutlets thinly. season flour with salt & pepper. dredge chicken in flour. lightly brown in butter on both sides. remove chicken. add fresh sliced mushrooms to butter and brown. add additional butter if necessary. stir in consomme & marsala. put chicken back in, cover, and simmer for 10 to 15 minute
  • 2 serve over pasta!
