Chicken Marsala

Ingredients

- 3 lbs chicken cutlets
- flour
- salt
- pepper
- 1/2 lb butter
- 1 lb mushroom
- 1 cup beef consomme
- 1/2 cup dry marsala wine
Recipe
- 1 slice cutlets thinly. season flour with salt & pepper. dredge chicken in flour. lightly brown in butter on both sides. remove chicken. add fresh sliced mushrooms to butter and brown. add additional butter if necessary. stir in consomme & marsala. put chicken back in, cover, and simmer for 10 to 15 minute
- 2 serve over pasta!
