Ingredients
- 8 ounces cooked whole wheat spaghetti
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/8 cup parsley
- 8 ounces mozzarella cheese
Recipe
- 1 toss cooked noodles with eggs, parmesan and parsley.
- 2 in greased 8x8 pan, put half the noodle mixture, followed by half of the mozzarella. repeat.
- 3 cover with foil and bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
