Chicken Feta Pasta Salad

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 lb gemelli pasta or 1 lb other firm pasta
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 4 ounces feta cheese
- 1/4 cup yellow pepper, in rings
- 2 cups cooked chicken, and cubed
- 1/4 cup red onion
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cup fresh basil, loosely packed
- 3 tablespoons pine nuts, toasted
- 1/4 cup cooked bacon, diced
- salt
- pepper
Recipe
- 1 cook pasta according to package directions.
- 2 dice and chop ingredients to the size you prefer.
- 3 mix all together in a large bowl and refrigerate at least 1/2 hour.
