Creamy Spinach Pasta Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic, minced 
- 1 tablespoon butter 
- 1/3 cup wine 
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry 
- 1/2 cup cream cheese 
- 1 cup evaporated milk 
- 1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese 
Recipe
- 1 saute garlic in butter over very low heat for 2 minutes. 
- 2 add wine, bring to a boil, add spinach and reduce heat to low. 
- 3 add cream cheese and stir until melted. 
- 4 add milk, increase heat to medium high and stir until sauce is smooth and heated through. 
- 5 remove from heat, add parmesan and stir until cheese melts.
