Creamy Spinach Linguine

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 8 ounces linguine 
- 10 ounces baby spinach 
- 1 tablespoon butter 
- 2 minced garlic cloves 
- 3/4 cup heavy cream 
- 2 tablespoons tarragon 
- 1/4 teaspoon salt 
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper 
- 3/4 cup parmigiano-reggiano cheese 
Recipe
- 1 cook linguine as per package. 
- 2 just before pasta is finished, stir in spinach. 
- 3 drain. 
- 4 melt butter in saucepan and stir in cream, tarragon, salt and pepper. 
- 5 bring to a boil. 
- 6 add pasta and spinach; toss with cheese.
