- 1 cup bhutanese red rice
- 1 3/4 cups water
Recipe
- 1 wash 1 cup rice thoroughly.
- 2 soak for 45 minutes in 1 3/4 cup cold water.
- 3 cook rice in covered pot until it start to boil.
- 4 turn down heat to very low and cook for 35 minutes.
- 5 turn off heat and let sit for 15 minutes.
