Creamy Parmesan Pancetta Pasta

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 ounces pancetta
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 fresh sage leaves, chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 lb linguine

Recipe

  • 1 cook pasta according to directions and drain.
  • 2 meanwhile, saute pancetta and garlic in olive oil over medium heat.
  • 3 reduce heat and add cream and sage.
  • 4 stir and pour sauce over linguini and sprinkle with parmesan cheese before serving.
