Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 ounces pancetta
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 fresh sage leaves, chopped
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 lb linguine
Recipe
- 1 cook pasta according to directions and drain.
- 2 meanwhile, saute pancetta and garlic in olive oil over medium heat.
- 3 reduce heat and add cream and sage.
- 4 stir and pour sauce over linguini and sprinkle with parmesan cheese before serving.
