Chicken In Sweet Sauce

Ingredients

• Servings: 4
• 1 large chicken, skinned and cut up
• 1 ounce onion soup mix (i use lipton's)
• 18 ounces apricot preserves
• 1/4 cup honey
• 1 (8 ounce) bottle russian salad dressing

Recipe

• 1 place chicken in a baking dish.
• 2 combine all ingredients and pour over chicken.
• 3 cook uncovered in a 350f oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
• 4 serve over rice or tiny pasta (i like orzo).
• 5 simple as it can get!
