Creamy Parmesan Chicken

Ingredients

• 2/3 cup half-and-half cream
• 4 tablespoons margarine or 4 tablespoons butter
• 2/3 cup parmesan cheese
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 7 garlic cloves (minced)
• 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
• 1 dash thyme
• 2 chicken breasts, about 2 . 2 lbs (cut up)
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 tablespoon oregano
• 1 tablespoon chopped onion
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon pepper
• 2 tablespoons olive oil

Recipe

• 1 bring sauce just to a boil, then simmer on low heat for approximately 1 1/2 hours, stirring often.
• 2 bake chicken in casserole dish, covered, at 350 for about 25 minutes
• 3 combine sauce ( after simmering ) with chicken and bake covered for 15 minutes.
• 4 serve over fettuccine or linguine.
