Cinnamon Rice Low Cal

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rice
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon milk, fat-free
- 1/2 teaspoon unsweetened applesauce
- 1/2 teaspoon splenda sugar substitute
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
Recipe
- 1 1)add rice, water, milk, and apple sauce to a small saucepan and boil and stir occasionally on high heat.
- 2 2)lower heat, cover tightly and let cook for 20 minutes until rice is tender.
- 3 3)mix sugar & cinnamon and sprinkle on top of rice to serve.
