Cinnamon Rice Low Cal

Total Time: 22 mins Preparation Time: 2 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rice
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon milk, fat-free
  • 1/2 teaspoon unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon splenda sugar substitute
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, ground

Recipe

  • 1 1)add rice, water, milk, and apple sauce to a small saucepan and boil and stir occasionally on high heat.
  • 2 2)lower heat, cover tightly and let cook for 20 minutes until rice is tender.
  • 3 3)mix sugar & cinnamon and sprinkle on top of rice to serve.
