Chicken Tuscan Vegetable Pasta

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless (chunked)
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 (12 ounce) bag frozen vegetables, whatever size you want actually
  • 2 cups spaghetti sauce (the recipe calls for low-fat tuscan herb sauce, but this is not recognized by zaar)
  • 2 cups pasta, your choice

Recipe

  • 1 in a large pan, add olive oil and warm on high heat. add the chunked chicken, salt and garlic powder. cook chicken until light brown in color, then add vegetables and tuscan herb sauce. cook on low.
  • 2 boil your pasta for 5 minutes, drain, and add to pan with chicken and vegetables.
  • 3 cover and cook for 15 minutes. be sure to stir a few times during cooking.
