- 1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine, melted
- 1 cup long-grain rice, uncooked
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can condensed chicken broth
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can condensed french onion soup
- 1 (4 ounce) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in an ungreased 2 quart baking dish.
- 2 cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
