Chicken Lasagna (lower Fat/lower Calorie)

- 9 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed fat-free cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 4 cups cooked chicken breasts, diced
- 2 cups low-fat cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 1/2 cups low fat cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
Recipe
- 1 spray a frying pan with nonstick spray and saute the onions, green pepper, and mushrooms until tender.
