Chicken Lasagna (lower Fat/lower Calorie)

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 25 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • 9 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed fat-free cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 4 cups cooked chicken breasts, diced
  • 2 cups low-fat cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 1/2 cups low fat cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, shredded

Recipe

  • 1 spray a frying pan with nonstick spray and saute the onions, green pepper, and mushrooms until tender.
